Delivery times

The estimated delivery time of the order is 5-15 working days from the date of shipment.

The actual period may vary depending on:

Countries of destination;

The selected carrier;

Speed of customs clearance;

The work of the local delivery service.

Possible delays

We always try to ensure the fastest and timely delivery possible. However, international shipments can sometimes be delayed for reasons beyond our control, including:

Customs inspection or additional inspections;

Delays on the part of the carrier;

International logistics failures;

Unfavourable circumstances or other force majeure situations.

Please note: the specified delivery time is approximate and may be increased in some cases. We cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery, because after sending the parcel, its further movement depends on the work of carriers, customs authorities and local postal service.

 

Customs duties and taxes

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other mandatory fees that may be charged in the country of destination.

Uaharvest is not responsible for:

* delays associated with customs control;

* additional inspections by the customs authorities;

* customs duties, import taxes, VAT and other fees;

* additional costs charged by local government authorities or the carrier in connection with import and customs clearance.

Before placing an order, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the customs and tax regulations of your country in order to understand the possible additional costs in advance.
